Synced daily at 7am · Smartsheet automation sends at 8am
How it works:
This table is written daily by the Cloudflare Worker at 7am.
Smartsheet automation reads it at 8am and emails each Manager
where Active = ✓ and Total Flagged > 0.
Toggle Active per department to pause/resume notifications.
Manager Name and Email are auto-resolved from the Users sheet (role = Manager).
