One Excel file, one sheet, covers all asset categories. Fields that don't apply to a given
row's category (e.g. Serial Number for a Software Subscription) can just be left blank.
Required: Asset Name, Asset Category, Asset Type, Status
Asset Category must be one of: Hardware, Accessories & Peripherals, Software, Software Licenses, Services, Agreements & Contracts
Asset Type must be valid for the chosen Category (see "Valid Types" tab in the template)
Dates should be entered as YYYY-MM-DD
